Medical marijuana is available in Ohio, but that doesn’t automatically mean employees can partake without risking their job. Ohio House Bill 523 gives employers the ability to decide how they are going to respond to an employee’s use of medical marijuana. It also means that as employers are determining where they stand on this issue, that their employees have made their own assumptions about the law
