Answers to IMRF members' frequently asked questions about the new Member Access system can be found in the Member FAQ on the IMRF website.
All IMRF members will need to register for an account in the new Member Access system, even if they had an account in the previous system. If members have an email address on file with IMRF, they will be able to self-register for their new Member Access account by clicking the Member Login button in the upper right corner of the IMRF homepage and then clicking the self-registration link at the bottom of the box that appears. (shown below)
Short how-to videos and written instructions for using the new Member Access system are available in the new Member Access Learning Center. Please encourage your employees to use these helpful tools.
