Reminder: Submit Final 2024 Wage Report by January 20

Your employer's December 2024 wage report is due no later than January 20, 2025. You must submit your employer's final 2024 wage report and any adjustments by this date for IMRF to include the information in the 2024 Member Statements of Account and 2024 GASB statements.


Late Reports and Adjustments Could Make 2025 Documents Inaccurate

Wage reports and adjustments received after January 20 may not appear until your 2025 Member Statements of Account or 2025 GASB statements.

New Project Status Update from IMRF Executive Director

Thank you to all IMRF employers for your support over the last 10 months as we transitioned to new Employer Access and Member Access websites. IMRF Executive Director Brian Collins last updated you on the project's status in September. As we enter the new year, please watch this new update on progress made since launching our new systems on March 4, 2024.

IMRF Board of Trustees News

Sue Stanish Retires From Board

IMRF is proud to thank outgoing Executive Trustee Sue Stanish for her service to the organization, its membership, and its employers. Stanish, who is retiring as Director of Finance for the Naperville Park District, participated in her final IMRF Board meeting on December 20, stepping down from her role after serving for eleven years.

New Trustee Jason Issac Appointed

On December 20, the IMRF Board of Trustees appointed Jason Isaac as Employee Trustee effective January 1, 2025, filling the vacancy that will be created by Peter Stefan’s appointment to an Executive Trustee position.


Isaac is the Lead Maintenance Technician for Champaign Unit 4 School District and a licensed plumber.

Natalie Copper to Return as Employee Trustee

Current IMRF Employee Trustee Natalie Copper was the sole candidate for re-election to a new five-year term. The Board certified the results of the election at its December Board meeting.


Copper has been an Employee Trustee on the IMRF Board since 2010. Her new term will run from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2029.

2025 Board Officers

IMRF's Board of Trustees elected their 2025 Board Officers. Louis Kosiba is President, Gwen Henry is Vice President, and Douglas Cycholl is Secretary.


Kosiba has been on the Board since 2021 and is the retired IMRF Executive Director. Henry has been on the Board since 2009 and is DuPage County Treasurer. Cycholl has been on the Board since 2024 and is Fire Hydrant Foreman for the City of Springfield.

How to View Your Final Rate Information

Your employer's final 2025 annual contribution rate for its IMRF plans is available in Employer Access. This information is needed for financial planning, accounting, and reporting purposes.

To view this information in Employer Access, click on the gear icon in the toolbar on the left side of the Employer Access homepage, and then click Partner Information.


To view this information in Employer Access:

  1. Click the gear icon in the toolbar on the left side of the Employer Access homepage, and then click “Partner Information.” On the Partner Information page, click the “Contributions” tab.
  2. Click on the filter icon next to “Effective Date” and enter the appropriate effective dates in the “From” and “To” fields. Then click the enter key.
  3. Click on the filter icon next to “Pension Plan.”
  4. Type the pension plan you wish to review in the “Contains” field, then click the enter key. When selecting a new year, even if reviewing for the same plan, remove and re-enter the plan being reviewed, to refresh the page with the calculation total.

Your contribution rate will appear in the righthand column under "Total."

Webinar Structure

This 2-part webinar series prepares IMRF Authorized Agents to perform common IMRF tasks. Note: To receive a completion certificate, you must attend the online session live. Watching a recording at a later date will not result in a certificate of completion.


Together, these two 90-minute webinars cover the topics included in the former one-day workshop. Each webinar stands alone, and you can attend them in either order. Canceling your registration from just one module is not permitted.
