Employer registration is now open for our 2024 Career Fair!

Graduating and current students, as well as alumni seeking new opportunities, will have the chance to connect with hiring companies from across the country at our campus in Dallas, Texas. We invite you to join us to connect with our up-and-coming developers for your company's future talent needs.

April 10-11, 2024

April 11th, 8:30am-4:30pm:

Career Fair at SMU's Ford Hall

Participating Companies Receive

A 6x2.5 table and 2 chairs (additional tables and chairs provided according to each company's participant count, up to 5 max)

Free electricity connections (if requested) and wireless internet

Free lunch & refreshments

Pre-Fair Welcome Mixer:

A private evening reception, offering a laid-back atmosphere to meet and mingle with future developers.

Access to SMU Guildhall students and job-seeking alumni. This year's group includes:

Candidates graduating in May 2024 (Cohort 32):
8 artists
16 level designers
14 programmers
4 producers
Students graduating in May 2025 (Cohort 33)
Job-seeking alumni interested in new opportunities

General Timeline

Mixer:

April 10th, 6-8pm, Hotel Lumen

Career Fair:

April 11th, Ford Hall

Setup & Breakfast — 8:30am

Career Fair Opens — 9:30am

Lunch Break — 12:30-1:15pm

Session 2 — 1:15pm

Break — 2:30pm

Session 3 — 2:40pm

Career Fair closes — 4:30pm

Transportation and Parking

Driving yourself to Career Fair?

You must request a SMU parking pass for each vehicle to avoid tickets/towing. To amend pass requests post-registration, email us.

Assigned parking will be within walking distance to our Fair and Mixer locations (Ford Hall and Hotel Lumen).

Need a car service?

Hotel Lumen recommends Big Town Limo (214-725-2568).
