We are in unchartered times, to put it mildly. If you're like me, you've been inundated with news, information, guidelines and speculation.

Our role at RSJ/Swenson has always been to make the complex simple. That mission has been made more difficult in the past few weeks, but not impossible.

Our HR Advisors are meeting virtually twice a week as a team to discuss issues, review client questions, and determine how leaders can best lead.

Rather than spew endless amounts of information, we thought we'd simply post some links for employers and leaders for this update.
