Update on the NEW Federal Overtime Regulations
Join Attorneys D. Moschos and Kim Rozak for a discussion on the new federal overtime regulations, which cover both private and public employers. The regulations, which went into effect January 1, 2020, increase the exempt employee salary thresholds. 
The seminar will also review the duties tests to be classified as an exempt employee and changes in the Massachusetts minimum wage law, which overrides the FLSA minimum wage requirement for hourly employees.
