DO YOU WANT TO RECEIVE UP TO A 90% TAX CREDIT?

Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program allows donors to claim up to a 90% state income tax credit for any gift given to an approved Educational Improvement Organization (EIO), like Valley Youth House.

Valley Youth House is a registered EIO, and your contribution gives young people ages 4-18 the chance to attend STEM and Arts Camps at Camp Fowler, VYH's 43-acre outdoor adventure camp, free of charge.

Benefits of EITC Giving:

  • Up to a 90% PA income tax credit
  • 10% federal charitable deduction
  • Direct support for VYH

Eligibility Requirements:

  • PA-source income
  • Employee or owner is a PA-taxpaying entity
  • Current on all federal and state taxes

Entities and individuals authorized to do business in PA who are subject to a state tax can receive tax credits equal to 75% of its contribution up to a maximum of $750,000 per taxable year for donations made to approved EIO's, such as Valley Youth House.

Credits can be increased to 90% of the contribution if the business or individual agrees to provide the same amount for two consecutive tax years.
