The 4th Annual Girl Power event was a huge success!

More than 80 young women from high schools across Virginia - over 20 from REC’s service area - got a firsthand look at powerful career opportunities in the electric utility industry.

From climbing poles to flying drones, to hands-on demos and inspiring conversations with co-op employees, these future leaders got a taste of what it means to empower communities and light up lives.
