Princella "The Queen Maker" Carr

At Sol, we are familiar with your impressive background, but could you share a little about yourself with our audience?

I am Princella, also known as The Queen Maker—a title that embodies my mission to empower and uplift women around the world. As the founder of The Queen's Gambit Academy, I draw from my rich life experience, including eight years of military service, a record-breaking career in sales and marketing, and the success of my best-selling books, *The Game: 41 Shades of Men* and *The 5 Components of Love*. My journey from driving trucks to achieving over $1 million in a single year has shaped me into a resilient strategist, dedicated to helping women achieve their own "CheckMate" in life. My goal is to guide each woman toward discovering her true value, wielding her willpower, and making decisions that lead to lasting success and fulfillment. My online presence has grown into a global community, with my name searched over 100 million times on TikTok, as I continue to advocate for women to take their rightful place in society, free from shame and empowered to thrive.

What inspired you to transition from a career in sales and performing to becoming a life coach and street philosopher?

My transition from sales and performing to life coaching and social reform was born from a powerful realization: the key to a better community, society, and world lies in the elevation of women. I saw that by empowering women, I could help unlock their potential to create profound, positive shifts in every sphere they touch. This understanding motivated me to channel the knowledge and wisdom I’d acquired into a path of service, one where I could facilitate real, lasting change. I felt called to move in a direction that would allow me to uplift women on a transformative level, fostering resilience, leadership, and self-worth. Today, my purpose is clear: to empower women to rise into their power, shaping a brighter future for themselves and, ultimately, for society as a whole.

How does your diverse background in psychology, human behavior, sales, and military leadership influence your approach to life coaching?

My background in psychology, human behavior, sales, and military leadership provides a unique foundation for my approach to life coaching. Psychology and human behavior have given me a deep understanding of how people think, feel, and act, allowing me to uncover the root causes of my clients' challenges and guide them in addressing these with insight and empathy. Sales taught me how to connect with people on a meaningful level, listen to their needs, and inspire them toward action—all essential skills in coaching. Military leadership instilled resilience, discipline, and strategic thinking, qualities I now use to empower my clients to push beyond their perceived limits and develop the mental toughness to overcome obstacles. Together, these fields equip me to offer a balanced approach to coaching that is both compassionate and results-driven. I help clients build their self-worth and resilience, then guide them to take bold, strategic actions toward their goals. My aim is to create lasting transformation by blending empathy with a powerful commitment to accountability and growth.

The Queen Maker is known for its unique 1v1 Consultation program. Can you elaborate on what sets your program apart from other life coaching services?

What sets *The Queen Maker’s* 1v1 Consultation program, *Love by Design,* apart is its structured, personalized approach, uniquely set in four tiers with options for both a 90-day group and a 12-month 1-on-1 format. This isn’t just another coaching session—it’s a comprehensive journey that integrates my 5 Components of Love framework, a system that helps clients build authentic relationships rooted in self-awareness and purposeful love. Each tier is tailored to the client’s unique circumstances, helping them implement these principles in a way that aligns with their personal life and goals. By working directly with clients to adapt the framework to their specific situations, *Love by Design* ensures that each individual not only learns these principles but actively applies them to transform their relationships and self-perception meaningfully.

What are some common unhealthy patterns you see in the women you coach, and how do you help them overcome these challenges?

In the women I coach, I frequently encounter patterns like unrealistic expectations, self-centeredness, attachment, and a lack of personal accountability. These challenges often stem from viewing the world through a lens focused on personal desires, sometimes disregarding the reality and needs of the other person in the relationship. To help them overcome these issues, we start by grounding their perspectives in reality. This involves cultivating a balanced view that acknowledges the other person’s needs and individuality, creating a foundation of mutual respect. By recognizing how unrealistic expectations and a desire to control outcomes can strain connections, clients can shift from self-focused narratives to ones that embrace empathy and adaptability. This process empowers them to build healthier relationships and promotes personal growth rooted in accountability and emotional intelligence.

You offer specialized guidance in relationship navigation. What are some key principles you teach women about setting healthy boundaries and communicating their needs?

In guiding women through relationship navigation, I emphasize foundational principles for setting healthy boundaries and effectively communicating needs. One key principle is the importance of self-awareness—knowing what you genuinely need and why it matters. This clarity helps women establish boundaries that reflect their true values and prevent feelings of resentment or depletion. Another essential principle is assertive communication, which involves expressing needs and boundaries confidently and respectfully, without guilt or apology. I teach that boundaries are not about control but about creating space for both partners to feel safe and respected. This mindset shift allows clients to present boundaries as a way to strengthen the connection, rather than as barriers. Lastly, I stress the need for consistency. Setting a boundary once isn’t enough—it requires steady reinforcement and a willingness to hold firm, even if it’s uncomfortable. This consistency communicates self-respect and establishes a clear precedent for how they expect to be treated. By focusing on self-awareness, respectful assertion, and consistency, women can create relationships that honor their needs while fostering mutual respect and understanding.

Healing from past traumas is a significant part of your program. Can you share some of the methods or techniques you use to help women heal from their past relationships?

Healing from past traumas in my program begins with the foundational principle of "Seek First Understanding," the first and most crucial component of the 5 Components of Love framework. Without this deep understanding, true healing cannot begin. We start with a comprehensive exploration of the self—examining childhood, family dynamics, past relationships, suppressed desires, personal philosophy, and even insights from tools like astrological natal charts, human design, and numerology. This holistic approach is essential to illuminate aspects of the self that might otherwise remain hidden. Once these self-understandings are established, we incorporate techniques like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to release negative emotions tied to past trauma. I also emphasize the importance of accepting full responsibility for one’s well-being, as true empowerment and healing are rooted in self-accountability. Through this process, women learn to reclaim their lives, understanding that their power lies within their ability to shape their own paths forward.

How do you assist women in discovering their true purpose and values in life, and why is this foundational to their overall growth?

I assist women in discovering their true purpose and values by guiding them to clear away the layers of confusion and conditioning that often obscure their authentic selves. This journey involves reconnecting them with their unique "value add"—the distinct qualities and contributions they bring to the world—and aligning this with the insights of their numerological life path, which can reveal deeper purpose and direction. Understanding one’s true purpose and values is foundational to growth because it sets a clear and empowering course. When women know their core values and purpose, they can make choices that resonate with who they truly are, fostering confidence, resilience, and fulfillment. This clarity becomes a guiding force, helping them navigate life with intention and alignment, which is essential for both personal growth and meaningful connections with others.

What strategies do you use to help women create realistic and achievable plans for their future, and how do you support them in accomplishing their goals?

To help women create realistic and achievable plans for their future, I focus on a blend of strategic planning and self-discovery. We begin by setting clear, measurable goals that align with their authentic values and purpose. This clarity often involves breaking down larger, long-term aspirations into smaller, manageable steps, which makes the journey toward their dreams feel less overwhelming and more achievable.I also emphasize the importance of adaptability, helping them anticipate challenges and create contingency plans, so they feel empowered to handle setbacks without losing focus. Additionally, I provide ongoing support and accountability through regular check-ins, allowing them to celebrate wins and address obstacles in real time. This continuous support reinforces their commitment, builds resilience, and keeps them motivated as they work toward meaningful progress. Through this structured yet flexible approach, they develop confidence in their ability to shape their future intentionally and effectively.

What has been the most challenging aspect of your journey as a life coach, and can you share a success story that particularly stands out to you?

One of the most challenging aspects of my journey as a life coach has been guiding clients through deeply ingrained patterns of self-doubt and resistance to change. Many women come into coaching feeling uncertain about their worth or fearful of breaking out of familiar but limiting cycles. Helping them confront these barriers requires patience, empathy, and resilience, as well as a commitment to moving at their pace while encouraging them to stretch beyond their comfort zones. A success story that stands out involves a client who initially struggled with attachment and unrealistic expectations in relationships. She often felt the need to control outcomes, leading to tension and dissatisfaction. Through the *Love by Design* program, we worked deeply on the principle of "Seek First Understanding." She explored her past relationships, family dynamics, and core values, gaining clarity about her underlying fears and needs. By implementing new boundaries and focusing on self-fulfillment rather than seeking validation from others, she transformed not only her relationships but also her career, landing a leadership role she once doubted she could achieve. Seeing her evolve into a confident, purpose-driven woman was a powerful reminder of the impact of committed, transformative coaching.

What are your future plans for The Queen Maker, and how do you envision expanding your impact on women’s lives globally?

Looking ahead, my vision for *The Queen Maker* involves expanding its reach and impact in transformative ways. I plan to introduce more digital programs, making life coaching, personal growth, and relationship tools accessible to women worldwide, regardless of location. This includes expanding the *Love by Design* program and developing workshops and challenges focused on self-worth, leadership, and empowerment in both personal and professional settings. In addition, I’m exploring partnerships with educational institutions and women-centered organizations to create programs that introduce these concepts to younger generations, laying the foundation for self-awareness and resilience early in life. By leveraging virtual platforms, community-driven initiatives, and collaborations, I envision *The Queen Maker* becoming a global resource for women who seek to elevate their lives, embrace their power, and make purposeful, lasting contributions to their communities.
