Cummins announced it has completed its $3.7 billion acquisition of Meritor. FULL STORY

Dana Inc. reported financial results for the second quarter of 2022, which includes sales totaling $2.59 billion, compared with $2.21 billion in the same period of 2021. FULL STORY
