This year's Friends of the Library of Hudson NH Annual Scholarship Award (2022) was given to John G. Crawford, a graduate of The Academy for Science and Design in Nashua. John and his family have lived in Hudson for the past 18 years. A ceremony was held at the library on June 7th.

We congratulate John! He will be attending the University of Florida, beginning this fall.

Whales & Seals

University of New Hampshire SeaTrek Program illustrates the characteristics and physical and behavioral adaptations of whales, dolphins and porpoises. Participants explore the similarities and differences among whales, dolphins, porpoises and the special adaptations that allow for finding food, breathing and staying warm in the Atlantic sea water through several hands on activities. Meet on library lawn.
The Museum of Bad Art 101

The world’s leading cultural institution dedicated to art in which something has gone wrong describes how and why it was established. MOBA presents pieces from their collection, with an insightful, pithy, and often humorous commentary. You can watch it on Zoom from your home or come to the library to watch the Zoom presentation on our big screen.
