Your Encompass and National General partners are excited to announce the next step in the claims conversion. All Encompass claims have been converted and uploaded to the National General Claim reporting and Claim handling system, EPIC. 

What does this mean to me?

• Every claim will be assigned a National General claim number. The existing Encompass claim number will continue to be associated with the claim as well.  
• When searching for an existing claim, agents may use the Encompass or National General assigned claim number.
• The Encompass Agency Dashboard will display both claim numbers for your convenience.  
• Claim adjuster assignments remain the same.
