Dear friend,
It's not too late to make a difference in a refugee's life.
$50 provides an emergency meal for a family struggling to pay rent.

$250 provides cookware, dishes, towels, or other essential household items for a family arriving with only a suitcase full of belongings.

$500 provides sessions with a counselor to help refugees process past trauma as they work toward a life of stability and self-sufficiency.

Donate today and support newly arriving refugees as they establish lives in their new community.

This year, our goal is to raise $65,000 to continue helping these families as they start their new lives in Sacramento. Join us in achieving this goal.

On behalf of Opening Doors, thank you for your support.

Sincerely,
Jessie Tientcheu
Chief Executive Officer

P.S. If you’re able, a gift of $500 or more can make a real difference for someone who needs urgent support – like, help paying rent or utilities, putting food on the table, traveling to medical appointments – for a family of four recently evacuated from Afghanistan.
