Please read the information below carefully as we prepare for the final days of Culver Summer Schools & Camps:
Camper and Luggage Pick Up

Campers will be ready to depart campus at the end of the graduation ceremonies on Saturday, July 31. As a reminder, Upper School graduation will take place at 8:30 A.M. and Woodcraft Camp graduation will take place at 9:45 A.M. We expect the graduation ceremonies to last about an hour.

Woodcraft Camp
After Woodcraft Graduation, parents can accompany their camper to the unit area where they will check out their child and get their luggage. We request that all parents, visitors, and guests please remain outside of the cabins.

Upper School
After Upper School Graduation, parents may utilize the pick-up location map provided to efficiently pick up their student and their luggage outside of their unit dorm/barracks. Please follow the color-coordinated traffic pattern to ensure safety and ease of access arriving and departing from campus.

Health Center and Dispensary Hours

Woodcraft Camp
The Waterfield Health Center will be open on Saturday, July 31st until 12:00 P.M.

Medications will be packaged and delivered to the units on Friday afternoon to be packed away in the camper's luggage. Campers will be given their medication doses Friday night and Saturday morning if they are still on campus.

Main Campus

The Health Center will be open to all campers until Saturday, July 31 at 1:00 P.M. for remaining medication pickups.
Lost and Found

Please encourage all campers to be proactive and ensure that they have packed the appropriate items prior to departing campus.

All items in the Lost and Found for Woodcraft Camp will be brought to Woodcraft Headquarters.

All items in the Lost and Found for Upper School will be brought to Sally Port until the end of the graduation ceremonies. After that time, all items will be moved to the first floor of the Naval Building.

If your camper is missing something when they arrive home, please contact the Summer Admissions Office by email at summer@culver.org or by phone at 574-842-8300.
Bunk Notes

Send your bunk notes now so your child will receive them!

As camp comes to a close, we ask that you send your last Bunk Notes by this evening so they can be delivered Friday morning to your camper. We cannot guarantee that any Bunk Notes sent after Thursday evening will be successfully delivered to your camper prior to the end of camp.

Please note: We are unable to deliver notes to campers on Saturday morning.
