East End Hospice has been improving lives through expert care, comfort and compassion for terminally ill patients and their families since 1991. We care for more than 2,500 people each year, including nearly 700 patients, their families and friends and bereaved community members. We're launching new programs and raising awareness about hospice's important role in the healthcare system in order to ensure that every person facing terminal illness has the support they need.
In a year, unlike any other in our near thirty-year history, charitable donations play an essential role in sustaining East End Hospice.

Your end of year gift to EEH's 2020 Annual Appeal helps keep hospice care and bereavement services free of charge to every member of our community managing terminal illness or the loss of a loved one.

Tree of Lights Virtual Memorial Honors those We've Lost.
Sunday, December 6, 2020, at 2:30 pm on ZOOM

Participants across the East End logged into Zoom on Sunday, December 6, to remember those who died in 2020. More than 80 people joined us to honor the more than 650 patients we cared for this year and countless others in the community.

Many thanks to Rev. Vanessa Winters of Westhampton Presbyterian Church, Rabbi Debra Stein of the Jewish Center of the Hamptons, and Mary Brown and Naoto Pagaspas for their gift of music. Thank you also to our EEH staff and volunteers who read names and paid tribute to all the lives lost in 2020.
Holiday Cheer from the Westhampton and Southampton Garden Clubs
Special thanks to the Westhampton and Southampton Garden Clubs for creating beautiful holiday arrangements for our patients in homes across the East End and at the Kanas Center for Hospice Care.

Our families are comforted by your thoughtfulness and generosity.
