The Year-End Checkout Form is a Google Drive form. You can access it using the link below. All maintenance and technology requests must be completed using the Ticket System. Please do not bring Bible or Quick Word Handbooks to the office until Monday, June 6.

As we approach the end of the year, it is good to take some time to reflect on our year. This was another challenging year. While it is all fresh in your mind, it is important to capture your thoughts on how you grew this year and how you would like to grow in the future. Please complete the self-reflection by Friday, May 20. Evaluation meetings will be scheduled based on the order in which self-reflections are returned.

All orders must be approved before they are placed. All orders are due in the office by June 17.

Curriculum Orders - Curriculum orders made through Amazon will be completed by the office. Please send Luann the order in the form of wish list through Amazon.
