Our Dance Recital will be held on Saturday, June 11th in the Hugh Kirwan Performing Arts Center on the CK campus. There will be two show times, 11am and 2pm.
We will be printing a program journal for the CK Kids Recital. This is a great way to highlight your child’s accomplishments this year! If you know of any local businesses that would like to advertise, our journal welcomes business ads. We hope that together we can make our Program Journal a success for the CK Kids Dance & Drama Program! Please follow the link below to purchase ads. All art work should be emailed to CKKids@ctkny.org. Please reference your order number in the email. Ads will be on sale until May 9th.
RECITAL TICKET SALES
Recital tickets will be sold on the CK Shop. Tickets will go on sale Tuesday, May 3rd at 10:00am. Tickets are $25 each. Recital seating is reserved. Tickets will be assigned in the order in which they are purchased. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets will be distributed later in May. Tuition must be paid in full.
RECITAL SOUVENIR T-SHIRT
2022 Recital souvenir t-shirts will be available for purchase on the CK Shop. Purchasing this shirt is not required, however it is a great souvenir for the students. All recital participants' names will be printed on the back of the t-shirt.
PICTURE DAY SCHEDULE
As a reminder, Picture Day is Saturday, April 30th. Everyone must enter through Door 22. Individual and group pictures will be taken. Full costumes must be worn. Please refer to the picture day schedule for what color tights, pants, and shoes should be worn. Hair and makeup is at the preference of the parent. Students in our acrobatics class should wear their full uniforms (CK Kids leotard, black shorts and acrobatics shoes for girls and the CK Kids t-shirt, black sweat pants and acrobatics shoes for boys). Our Ninja Starz students should wear their CK Kids Ninja Starz t-shirt and headband. The students can wear black sweatpants. Please label all items.
All pictures will be printed and available for purchase at the Dress Rehearsal (cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted).
Dress Rehearsals will take place in the Hugh Kirwan Performing Arts Center. Children should wear their full costumes and have all their dance shoes with them. Please follow the link below for the Dress Rehearsal schedule. Please note the times of your child’s class rehearsal. All classes will go directly to the auditorium. When entering the building for the auditorium, please use Door 4.
BACK STAGE MOMS
Parents are not allowed backstage during the show. We are looking for one to three moms per class to help supervise the class backstage during the show. Please contact Cara Nicole if you are interested. Her contact
