This summer, we offer you the opportunity to explore your curiousity in a completely different way...on winery tour that includes our hard working sheep. We put lambs into the vineyard to graze from mid-July until the end of August; their primary job is to eat the lowest grape leaves that shade the grape clusters. Removing these leaves exposes the grapes to sunlight, which enhances ripeness and quality. 

Lambs are chosen for their high calibre work ethic and photogenic cuteness.
