Canada’s nuclear sector is growing, and the Canadian Nuclear Association's 2026 Student Program will give 100 students from across the country the chance to attend the CNA Conference in Ottawa (with travel and accommodation covered). The program offers students the opportunity to network with leaders, learn from experts, and explore real career pathways in nuclear energy.

CNA West: Building the Next Chapter of Nuclear Energy in Western Canada

Momentum is building for nuclear energy development in Western Canada. But building this industry will take more than ambition - it will take collaboration and a united effort from industry, governments, Indigenous Nations and communities.

That’s exactly what the inaugural CNA West conference, hosted by the Canadian Nuclear Association, was designed to spark.

Leaders from across Western Canada met to share knowledge, align on challenges and build the foundation needed to bring nuclear energy projects forward.
