seen that when they become conscious of the stories that they tell others and themselves, and they make the decision for something better, the new story begins.

Take a moment and reflect on the stories you are telling. Do they include: I don’t have enough money; I am always taken advantage of; I am abused; I am a victim of…; I am sickly, I am unworthy, etc? When you say these things, you are affirming this to be your condition even if it happened years ago. As these stories are told outwardly or inwardly on a regular basis, your energy forms around them. Your energy is matches your story. These stories, the more we tell them, create stress and anxiety throughout our entire body and nervous system.

Personally I was there once a little over 30 years ago telling a victim story and I ended up with fibromyalgia. When this happened, I asked myself what created this. One day I was very healthy and next everything hurt! My honest answer to myself was my story of anger that I was harboring in my body did this. In order to heal, I began my new story of healing the anger and looking at my life through new eyes and new ideas of what I really wanted. I practiced forgiveness, took supplements, took better care of myself and paid attention to my thoughts and what came out of my mouth. After five years, I no longer had fibromyalgia. From there the story continues to be an amazing one.

Whether you want to change your whole story or a little part of it, it is up to you to decide it is time. You will find much freedom and more energy in aligning with a new story. Say goodbye to your past and hello to 2023.

My wish is that this year you create a story of health, happiness, abundance, and peace that you really desire. Dig deep inside and rid yourself of those outdated stories. Stop telling them to yourself and others. Begin a new story. Seek the help that you need for healing and start telling the new story of the new YOU this year.

Gateway Activations Sessions

We are all standing at a Gateway and are readying for a Multidimensional Awakening. We are individually and collectively aware and primed to embody Higher frequencies of Light to create an evolutionary shift in consciousness.

I am so excited to be sharing this with you. These sessions have been evolving over the last few years with some of my Reiki sessions really being a Gateway Activations session. I am now offering these sessions.

Here’s how it works.

In a Gateway Activations session I am working with your multidimensional body to assist your Multidimensional Awakening and Ascension process to Higher Levels. At the time of your session, I meet your Mulitdimensional Self in a golden chamber, and work on your matrixes/grids/bodies/Cosmic Self/Divine Self to assist in your awakening to the fullness of who you are.

In these sessions, there may be adjustments to your energetic wiring, templates, grids and outer connections to the cosmic/galactic matrix. Your wiring and pathways are upgraded to support the evolutionary shifts for maintaining higher conscious states. Old patterns might be released/shed providing a transformation in how you are in this world and allowing you to embody increased levels of this energy of higher intelligence/Light.

There are a variety of activities that can occur in these sessions to include but not limited to:

downloads, gifts, attunements from the Angelic level, Ascended Master level, I AM, Pleiades, Sirius, the Galactic Center, and from other points in the Galaxy. Realignments of the outer grids and templates that then require energetic upgrade/recalibration work on the chakras to hold more Light, which is done during the session. Checking for interference in your energetic fields and clearing it. Re-synchronize the various energetic bodies and grids to integrate higher frequencies with ease. Opening and/or expanding the energetic pathways to the higher realms of consciousness and your personal Higher Guidance.

All sessions are done remotely. All sessions are unique and last between 40 to 50 minutes. When you sign up, we will pick a date and time for the session.

I work from a place of Love and Respect, and attune to what I am being shown is the work to be done in each session. After the session, I recommend that you remain quiet and still for 45 minutes and make sure that you are staying hydrated afterward. You might just want to plan a quiet day thereafter. These sessions are not for those who have serious health issues or are dealing with on going mental illness challenges.

Big News: One of my clients recently informed me that she can use her flexible spending account/health savings account to pay for Reiki session and asked if I could send her a receipt for the sessions. Receipt, no problem. I immediately began looking into this to make sure that is true and it is! Some plans require that your doctor give you a note saying that you need the sessions. Others do not.
