TOOLKIT FOR THE EFFECTIVE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
The Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators launched its “Toolkit for the Effective Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer”.
The Toolkit will help Executive Assistants gain a new perspective on their role and highlight their many benefits to the SAO/CAO, the organization, and the community. It also provides the SAO/CAO with some guidance on ways to build successful partnerships with their EA.

ELECTIONS NWT OUTLINES RULES
The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Elections NWT, Stephen Dunbar, has issued the first set of instructions for potential candidates in the upcoming territorial election, coinciding with the start of the pre-election period on June 4. ARCTIC ENERGY ALLIANCE CALLS FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO SAVE ENERGY AND $$
The Arctic Energy Alliance is launching three projects that can help organizations save on energy bills, and community governments are eligible. COMMUNITY SUPPORT, MULTICULTURALISM, AND ANTI-RACISM INITIATIVES PROGRAM
The Events component of the Community Support, Multiculturalism, and Anti-Racism Initiatives Program provides funding to community-based events that promote intercultural or interfaith understanding, promote discussions on multiculturalism, diversity, racism and religious discrimination, or celebrate a community’s history and culture such as heritage months recognized by Parliament.
