About the Program
So, you have an order for support or attorney’s fees but the obligor does not pay. Now what? In Part 1 of a two-part Nuts and Bolts series, David Friedman, Esq. and moderator Chelsea Stevens, Esq., will discuss best practices once a financial order is obtained, mechanisms for enforcing support and attorney’s fees orders, and evaluate the pros and cons of each approach depending on the goal to be achieved.
