Commitment to Continuous Improvements
We greatly value the feedback provided by our volunteers on their experiences with SCORE Engage. We are taking the following steps in order to ensure that we are hearing all the feedback from the field and continuing to improve the user experience:
- Conducting regular meetings with our Volunteer Trainers to gather the feedback they are receiving from the field.
- Closely coordinating with the Help Desk to address any root causes to issues the volunteers may be experiencing in the system.
We understand and appreciate that this transition has been challenging for many and that users are experiencing challenges. We remain committed to continuously improving both the system and the training/onboarding process, with our goal always being to improve your experience and make it easier to volunteer with SCORE.
Wave 1B: Chapters have been steadily going live in SCORE Engage over the past month and a half. At this point, 38 chapters have rolled on to SCORE Engage with 17 more set to go live by the end of February.
Wave 2: March go-live chapters are currently working in their respective sandbox environments and taking advantage of available additional training. April go-live chapters are receiving their Live Journey Orientations as well as cleaning up their chapters' data in CORE in preparation for their transition.
Wave 3: June go-live chapters are set to begin their Kick-Off sessions at the end of this month.
