What's Happening with Engage?


SCORE HQ is continuing to support Early Adopters live in Engage and responding to questions, concerns, and feedback from volunteers. The Engage Team has rolled out the Engage System Status section on Support Center, which provides volunteers information on Engage enhancements and training updates, as well as reported issues and resolutions.

We are continuing to add to our training and support materials as well as resources available on the  Support Center  ahead of future waves, ensuring that their transition is as smooth as possible.

Early Adopters

Early Adopters attended their first listening session with SCORE HQ on April 7th. During this session, the Engage Team provided some system updates, stats and reminders on key resources. Volunteers provided constructive feedback that the Engage Team is incorporating into the Training Toolkit, which will be launched to the remaining chapters, to help provide more specific guidance on how to train your volunteers on the system.

Volunteers are continuing to work in the new system and provide feedback to SCORE HQ via email as well.

Wave 1

Wave 1 chapters attended the Live Journey Orientations in early April (Volunteer, Client Mentoring, and Event). Volunteers within each phase are preparing for their respective go-live dates spanning the next few months.

Wave 1 Chapters are also continuing to work through the Readiness Checklist. Chapters going live in May completed their checklists as of March 31. As a reminder, for chapters going live in June, their Readiness Checklist must be completed by Thursday, April 30.
