The Philadelphia Education Fund serves as the backbone organization for CASE, convening partners to advance a shared vision for college access and success across Philadelphia. CASE was launched through founding investments from the William Penn Foundation and the City of Philadelphia Department of Commerce and continues to be strengthened through strategic partnerships, including with the Everyone Graduates Center.

The Philadelphia Education Fund convenes, coordinates, and advances CASE on behalf of Philadelphia's college access and success community. To learn more about CASE or become involved, contact Ellen Ridyard at eridyard@philaedfund.org

As part of CASE's continued evolution and long-term sustainability, all CASE members are asked to complete a membership subscription renewal for the 2026–2027 school year.

As part of this model, we are asking members to make an encouraged annual contribution based on their organization type and capacity. Contributions operate on a flexible sliding scale and directly support CASE programming, professional learning opportunities, convenings, shared resources, and other initiatives that strengthen our collective impact. We recognize that organizations have varying levels of capacity, and we are committed to ensuring that cost is never a barrier to participation.
