Engage with CSP!

Dear Valued CSP Members,

I have great news to report!

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the California Society of Pathologists, I am pleased to inform you that your board, in consultation with key stakeholders and individual members, has developed a set of strategic priorities to guide the work of CSP for the next two years.

In addition to identifying a set of five strategic priorities outlined below, the board has authorized the organization of several committees to inform and carry out this work, while also providing additional opportunities for CSP members to engage in the work of the society.

Click Here for a link to a member engagement survey for you to identify how you might like to engage with CSP, whether serving on a committee, lending your expertise, or attending a networking event in a location near you.

I encourage you to please participate in the survey after reviewing the set of strategic priorities below.

Based on the survey responses we receive, Dr. Emily Green, CSP President-Elect and I will work with the board to make appointments to the committees that match required expertise and reflect the diversity of our membership – in terms of geography, practice setting, time in practice, gender, and ethnicity - to the best of our ability.

Thank you in advance for your participation! I look forward to working with many of you to develop and advance CSP’s efforts to better serve our members and advance the practice of pathology in California.

Sincerely Yours,

James Harris, MD

President
