It has been a very busy couple of months as the government's work to develop a National Strategy and Action Plans to eliminate family violence and sexual violence in Aotearoa gets underway.

The NZFVC has put together a range of links to useful research and information to support communities in their engagement on the National Strategy. You can access this information through the new portal on the front page of our website.

As you will see, this pānui also highlights the wealth of new research and reports that have been added to our database as well as information about upcoming events including webinars, conferences and training opportunities.

The government has launched work to develop a National Strategy and Action plans to eliminate family violence and sexual violence in Aotearoa New Zealand. The Joint Venture is coordinating this work.

Information about how to give feedback is on the Joint Venture website: violencefree.govt.nz/have-your-say/.

The government has asked the NZFVC to collate key research and information that can help support your feedback to the Joint Venture on a National Strategy and Action plans. Access this information through the new portal on the front page of our website.
