As many of you know I am a huge baseball fan, so this is one of my favorite quotes. I don't just stare out the window though, I work on my modeling. Once baseball starts, it's even better because I can put a game on the TV or radio in my workshop and get a lot of modeling done. That is, if I am not working hard for the railroad or doing store things! ~Justin
As with the changes spring ushers in, we are still working hard at the changes to the website and we are always working hard to make things better for everyone. With changes also will come summer hours. We are not sure when those will start yet, but when they do we will let everyone know. In the meantime, we still have some clinic dates open in May if you are interested! Please let us know!

WEBSITE UPDATES
Our website is working and is fully searchable. Please bear with us as we continue to organize and clean up inventory, and get our EHS pricing updated! If you are in doubt on pricing or inventory, please call the store and we will get it taken care of for you! Our IT person is still putting the final touches on the gift card part of the site and is working to load our active codes for you who have them to use. NEW THIS MONTH!
Aurora Miniatures sent us their first run of the HO Scale Greenbrier 7550 cf 60’ Plate F Boxcar 1st Run. These have been selling fast. The Ferromex are sold out at Aurora, but we have a couple left in store. The TBOX with high reporting marks are due late spring/early summer.
Tangent has release some of the 1928 design 3 dome tanks cars and we were able to restock most of the detail parts, wheels, and trucks. Some are still out of stock, but we will restock those as soon as they are available!
Class One Modelworks newest release is out. These are the 86' Auto Parts boxcars. These cars look great! They will definitely be a great addition for those of you who model the auto industry or like large freight cars!
Atlas sent us some N scale 4750's in their Trainman line.
Scaletrains: We received the SD40-2's, most of these are sold out at Scaletrains. We still have a bunch to choose from. The Conrail ones are due out anytime now, they were sent back to be redone originally.
Walthers released some more Trinity 4750's in HO in various road names. We also received the Proto SD9's and they look great! The LLV Mail trucks are in and have been hot items, along with the food trucks.
Our Southern Tier Grain Modelers Supply items have been doing well. This is a large product line and we just can't possibly fit it all in store. So if you happen to see something on their website or Facebook, just let us know and we can always special order it. We will do our best to continue to stock some of the most popular items they offer!
Speaking of grain items, in the coming weeks we will be putting in a restock order with Suprze Modelworks. Since we last restocked, they have a few new items out, and we want to bring those to you!
AK Interactive Our distributor received a good shipment in of AK products and our restock should be in later this week!
STORE NEWS
At some point soon, we will be doing some in store surprise specials. This won't be just old stock items, but we want to be able to move some products to clear shelf space so we can continue to bring you the newest, hottest stuff! We also plan to implement "featured" manufacturers or items too. Those would be a new to the store manufacturer, or just hot new products! These will be featured in the front endcap, where new items previously were. If you don't know, the new items shelf has moved to the back next to the table (along with the table sometimes since there have been so many releases the past few months), so we could provide our customers with a better view of how much new stuff there is!
