Check out this stunning outdoor oasis created by the skilled team at JB Robbie Builders. The homeowners dreamed of a comfortable outdoor living space for their ocean-front home where they could entertain while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea. JB Robbie Builders partnered with Horner Millwork to install five Phantom Motorized Retractable Screens, allowing the outdoor living area to be protected from insects, while still maintaining an uninterrupted view of the ocean. The remote-controlled screens allow the homeowners to enjoy their picturesque backyard at the touch of a button.
The outdoor living space is a truly exquisite spot for hosting friends and family, immersing oneself in the natural beauty of the surroundings, and enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. Open Mesh
Whether it's horseflies or mosquitos, Phantom's insect meshes come in a variety of weaves to keep out whatever's bugging you. It's also the most open type of mesh, so it provides more ventilation and visibility while reducing up to 55% of UV rays.

Tighter Mesh
A tighter mesh provides shade that reduces the sun's glare and heat in your space. While all meshes block UV rays to some extent, solar meshes can block out up to 80% of UV rays, while still allowing airflow.

CLIMATE CONTROL
Clear Vinyl
Retractable screens with clear vinyl keep your space warm when it's chilly out and cool when it's warm. They're often installed as part of a dual roller system that allows you to choose between a traditional mesh screen and the hardier vinyl.

Finely-Woven Mesh
Keep harsh sun and protect privacy with a finely-woven mesh. These screens can block up to 100% of UV rays, and are available in multiple colors and fabrics. They're Greenguard-, lead-free-, and Microban-certified.
