We are thrilled to announce some exciting enhancements to our Provider Directory that will transform the way you search for provider and organization data!

CRISP DC has been actively engaging with users to ensure we ultimately deliver solutions and enhancements to tools that meets your user needs. To this end, we asked users what improvements you would like to see in the DC Provider Directory, and you said you would like to see:

• DC Provider Directory Available within inContext: Access the Directory through your EHR
• Streamline efficiency by launching the DC Provider Directory directly from the CRISP inContext application available in your EHR.
• DC Provider Directory Integrated into the Care Team: Easily view provider data in the Care Team subtab when accessing Clinical Information
• Facilitate smoother communication and collaboration among healthcare teams by eliminating the need for manual searching and instead accessing all relevant provider contact information within the subtab, saving valuable time and reducing administrative burden.
• MCO Provider Affiliation: Discover which MCO providers accept Medicare or Medicaid
• Enhance care coordination decision-making by gaining immediate access to comprehensive MCO network data, enabling more informed clinical decisions and coordinated effort across healthcare teams.
