You Can Golf FORE Education
Join us for the Golf FORE Education Tournament on Monday, April 3rd at The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes. You'll get to spend the day on the golf course while enjoying delicious food, drinks, and prizes!
Because all funds raised through the tournament support The Foundation's many programs that benefit the students and teachers of Seminole County Public Schools, your fun day will be for a great cause.

Thank you Insurance Office of America for once again retuning as our Presenting Sponsor! Make sure to sign up today to show your support for education!
Thank You For Giving!
This Holiday Season, we asked our community to give the gift of education. We want to thank everyone who donated during our Year End Giving Campaign. With the support of this amazing community, we raised $25,508 and thanks to a very generous match of $10,000 from the WEV Local Impact Fund, our overall total was $35,508!

This just proves that together, we can make an impact for our students in Seminole County!
National Mentoring Month
January is National Mentoring Month and we had a great time celebrating our mentors all month long! We could not change the lives of at-risk youth without our Take Stock Mentors. Thank you to all of those who have taken on this commitment to give your time to guide our students to success in high school, college and life!
One of the ways we celebrated was having a lunch for our mentors. At this event we were able to surprise Jeff Siebenaller who won the 2023 Take Stock State Mentor of the Year. Our mentors truly make an impact on their mentees and we are so grateful for them.

Are YOU interested in mentoring? Contact Shannon Rininger to learn more about this amazing and fulfilling opportunity.
Disney Supports Foundation Programs
We want to thank The Walt Disney Company for their $25,000 unrestricted grant! This grant will help all students be successful with their education by supporting programs that increase student achievement, remove barriers to learning, and provide resources to support a high performing school district.

Thank you for supporting our programs in Seminole County Public Schools!

Have You Heard?
We were excited to meet Congressman Cory Mills and his staff at the Public Service Academy at Winter Springs High School.

This program trains students to become heroes of tomorrow through career training in teaching, criminal justice, and emergency management. The Foundation provides funds to help purchase equipment and materials for this program.
A HUGE thank you to the Gene and Amy Lee Fund for their donation of $13,860!

These funds are being used to purchase books that will be free to students at South Seminole Academy. We are always so thankful to our donors who care so much for our students.
