Duke Energy Supports STEM in SCPS
Thank you to Duke Energy for their $40,000 grant to support critical STEM opportunities for students attending Seminole County Public Schools!

Their support enhances a number of Foundation and district projects including: Grants for Great Ideas, the third SCPS Physics Bus, and the Engineering Program at Lyman High School.

Thank You to Our Superintendent's Circle
Thank you to our Superintendent's Circle Members who help ensure that today's students become tomorrow's productive, successful citizens.

Superintendent's Circle members contribute an unrestricted gift of $1,000 or more annually to The Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools.

The donations support programs that provide essentials for students to be successful, such as school supplies and weekend food; as well as funding programs like physics, arts, and early childhood education, which help keep Seminole County a premier national school district.

New Scholars Means New Mentors
We're excited to welcome 27 new freshmen to the Take Stock in Children program next school year but need your help!

By becoming a mentor, you can make a difference in just 30 minutes a week to a student like Crystal. Crystal was matched with her mentor Talia during her freshmen year. Talia provided encouragement and support throughout high school, talking about life – from the latest fashion trends to writing college application essays. Now Crystal is graduating with a 3.8 GPA and will attend Florida Atlantic University to study Chemistry with her 2-year Take Stock scholarship!
