XQ Institute awarded an additional grant of $2.5 million to the PSI High Program through the Foundation. This grant, which will be paid over 3 years, will support PSI High, which is an immersive, full-time program for high school students.
Rather than learn through traditional classroom instruction, students work in teams with their peers or teachers to solve real problems. Students earn credit through project based work, picking problems that interest them, such as how to code an app or start a non-profit.
XQ
was started in 2015 as an effort to re-imagine high school so that every student succeeds.
