About the Program

Wellness and resiliency are not just vital components to a healthy and vital life; they are primary profit drivers for all law firms. You deserve it, your team and clients demand it.

Full engagement in corporate America is now under 17%. Wellness and resiliency are major factors in this underperforming state. Lawyers who are dealing with illness, lack of physical vitality, anxiety, or depression simply do not have the ability to commit their full energy to their careers.

Resiliency and emotional regulation are also major factors in dealing with the inherently challenging experiences of innovation, leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and project accountability. Exploring, discovering, and implementing wellness and resiliency best practices make for healthier, happier, and higher-performing legal professionals.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • Simple and practical physical vitality best practices.
  • How to establish effective health and well-being organizational goal setting and accountability.
  • Understand the effect of stress on our nervous system and how to make and maintain high resiliency during challenging times.
  • How to create an organizational culture that drives resiliency and belonging.

This program is presented by the Law Practice Management & Wellness section, chaired by Dean Serwin. Find out more about the section at www.bhba.org.
