Heritage Sands In the News
Curbed Cape Cod: Heritage Sands oceanfront cottage community was recently featured as a "Development Du Jour" in Curbed Cape Cod. The article titled "Feast Your Eyes on Cape Cod's First New Oceanfront Cottage Colony in More Than 50 Years," featured photography of our gorgeous cottages by Alison Caron and the interior design work of Hyannis-based interior designers mackenzie & mae. Curbed Cape Cod's article about Heritage Sands was even syndicated on Yahoo! Editor Jazmine Donaldson says Heritage Sands is "like the original cottage colonies of the 1930s." Read the article here
Cape Cod Magazine: Once again the gorgeous interior design of Heritage Sands' model home is thrown into the spotlight in the April 2015 edition of Cape Cod Magazine. Durable, environmentally-friendly decks overlooking Nantucket Sound A perfect place for a good book, sunrise breakfast or afternoon nap
Picture yourself on the deck of your new oceanfront vacation home on the Cape sipping a cocktail and looking out over beautiful Nantucket Sound. Cottages at Heritage Sands feature beautiful, durable decks perfect for enjoying a good book, a relaxing meal or napping to the sounds of the ocean waves.
Heritage Sands' composite decks utilize recycled materials, which reduces both the consumption of "old growth" hardwood and the use of chemically treated lumber. And bonus, they're virtually maintenance free.
Latitudes Intrepid? composite decking is offered to homebuyers in a variety of colors including gray, cedar, redwood, and walnut. Decking features patented hidden fasteners and a customizable railing design. One major reason composite decking is low maintenance: it does not take in or give off moisture, so it does not shrink or swell like wood. As a result, composite decking does not crack, warp or separate due to varying weather cycles. Composite decking resists insects, does not need water repellant or stain and can hold up to extreme weather conditions for decades. This is a deck you will enjoy, a deck that's your get-away-from-it-all destination and far away from your to-do list.
