Tom RIgney & Flambeau
Thursday July 20 6:30pm to 9:00 pm
Come join us for an evening of toe-tapping music outdoors on the lawn at the Village Park, 4238 Main Street, Fair Oaks.
Flambeau specializes in fiery Cajun and zydeco two-steps, low-down blues, funky New Orleans grooves, and heartbreakingly beautiful ballads and waltzes. Their high energy live show features tight ensemble playing, deeply infectious grooves, and spectacular soloing. Flambeau has been tearing things up at festivals, dances, and concerts all over the place--from the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee to the Alaska State Fair. This is a band you have to hear!

Reefer Madness
Friday July 21
Start the evening with us at 6pm for dinner at the Fair Oaks Brew Pub (7988 California Ave, Fair Oaks). Then at 8pm we'll walk across the street to see
Reefer Madness at the Fair Oaks Theatre Festival in the outdoor Veteran's Amphitheatre, 7991 California in Old Fair Oaks Village.
This raucous musical comedy takes a tongue-in-cheek look at the hysteria that ensures when clean-cut kids fall prey to the dreaded “marihuana” as it spoofs the 1936 movie. The addictive and clever musical numbers range from Broadway-style show-stoppers to period swing tunes. Come take this comedy trip with us! (Rated R)
