What does this mean for your current passes?
We know many of you still have days remaining on your passes. We will honor those until you’ve used all of the days or they have expired and then we will help you determine the right level of enrollment for you and your dog. Starting March 7th, we will no longer be offering passes for purchase. If you’re in need of additional daycare days before this date, you’re welcome to buy an additional pass (limit 2) to carry you through until we make the switch.
What does this mean for your membership plan?
We’ll be switching from a monthly membership to this weekly enrollment on March 7th. Your membership is still active until your next billing date and at that time we will help you determine the right level of enrollment for your dog based off of your current membership level.
What about half days?
Your weekly wellness plan provides your dog a certain number of play sessions each week. It is up to your discretion if you would like those daycare days to be full or half days - though they will still count as full days on the plan. If you are interested in only half days, we recommend a standing reservation and our pay per play rates. Half days will now only be available from 7am-12pm and 2pm-7pm to maintain an uninterrupted nap time for the dogs.
