Property Maintenance Technician Training at Thompson M-TEC

Property Maintenance Technician March 2 - May 20 | Tues & Thurs 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM $1413 (Tuition $1020 + Textbook & Certification $393)

In less than three months students learn essential skills for apartment and housing maintenance and prepare for the nationally recognized Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT) exam.   Students will be enrolled in the full program upon registration.  Classes include: Electrical Maintenance and Repair Appliance Maintenance and Repair Heating & Air Conditioning Systems Maintenance and Repair Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Interior & Exterior Maintenance and Repair Inside the Apartment Business - 2 hr online People, Projects, and Profits - 2 hr online     PMAWM Members receive a $50 discount! Please note: social distancing procedures will be in place. You are required to wear a mask, and will not be allowed in the building without one. A mask is required to be worn for the duration of the course.
