Dear Colleagues,
As we begin the search process for our next Executive Dean of Enrollment & Records, I want to share our interim plan for leadership and supervision to ensure continuity, stability, and support across the division.
During this transition period, responsibilities will be structured as follows:
Highland Business Center (HLC 8000) – Oversight and Supervision
Executive Dean Erica Ervin will provide oversight for HLC 8000 operations. This includes Transcript Evaluations and Alternative Credit Awarding, Records, Graduation, as well as Compliance and Operations. Her leadership will ensure that our core records and credentialing functions remain steady, responsive, and aligned with institutional standards.
Regional Directors – Oversight and Supervision
I will provide direct oversight and supervision for all Regional Directors, including campus-based staff and operations. This structure is designed to maintain clear communication channels, operational alignment, and consistent support for our frontline teams serving students daily.
We fully recognize that this transition creates a significant leadership gap. Interim structures can sometimes feel disjointed or unfamiliar as new reporting lines and workflows are established. However, our priority is to maintain operational continuity while creating a thoughtful and deliberate search process for the right long-term leader.
Your patience, flexibility, and partnership during this time are deeply appreciated. The strength of Enrollment & Records has always been rooted in the professionalism, collaboration, and resilience of this team. That will continue to guide us through this transition.
