All Medicaid EHR Incentives must be paid by December 31, 2021. If your application is not approved by November 12, 2021, you run the risk of losing your final incentive payment.
The only way to ensure your application can be approved on time to receive payment is to correct the discrepancy identified by your Analyst and resubmit as soon as possible. All updated supporting documentation must be uploaded no later than November 9th to allow the Analyst time to review your application to meet the November 12th approval date.
