Calling all Innovators!
NACHC and Community Health Ventures are looking for health centers, PCAs, and HCCNs to share the innovative ways they care for their communities, staff, and clients!

What do we mean by “Innovative”?
It’s a new practice at your health center that makes you feel excited and energized. An approach or system that helps increase access to affordable, quality health care through a value-driven, replicable model. Or just something that makes you say, “Wow, I’ve never heard of or seen anything like this before!”.

How to Enter
Click here to apply at the Clinical Innovation Showcase webpage. Click the Submit My Idea button and upload a file or use the text box to submit your innovation. Get creative! Upload a video, sing a song, recite a poem, or submit a photo montage to the application.

Winners will be showcased during NACHC’s Financial, Operational Management and IT (FOM/IT) Conference at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV (October 30-31). All Clinical Innovation Showcase winners will receive a stipend for travel to Las Vegas for NACHC’s FOM/IT. The Chief of Innovation/Grand Prize Winner will receive a cash prize!
