The Ouibache Music Festival Bryan Metzger Memorial Legacy Award is a monetary award given to the community from the proceeds of the Ouibache Music Festival. Each year OMF gives an award to help preserve the virtues and values of traditional music in Tippecanoe and surrounding counties in Indiana. This year they will offer a $1000 Legacy Award for music education.

For consideration, submit an essay of 250 words or less to ouibachemusicfestival@gmail.com. In your essay, explain how you would use the money and how it will impact music education in the community. Send your submissions by December 1st, 2020. The 2021 Bryan Metzger Memorial Legacy Award will be announced on February 1st, 2021.
About the Ouibache Music Festival
Ouibache is a roots music festival that takes place the last full weekend in September at the beautiful Tippecanoe County Amphitheater in West Lafayette, Indiana. Musicians from all over the world will gather to play tunes, share stories, and commune with one another. The laid back attitude of the festival allows musicians of all types and skill levels to take time away from the daily routine of life and just enjoy the sweetness of playing a guitar or singing a song.

About the Tippecanoe Arts Federation
The Tippecanoe Arts Federation is the umbrella organization and arts council for 14 counties. TAF provides educational opportunities in the visual, performing, and literary arts, outreach programs for both underserved and at-risk youth, and funding for capital and operational expenses to fellow arts organizations region wide.
