We spoke with KS, a job seeker who was furloughed during COVID after decades in the same job. Through one of Ignite’s grant programs, which subsidized his membership fee, we helped him navigate the changed job landscape, create a resume, practice interview techniques, and act on job leads. KS now feels more confident in his job search.
