It is time to enter the highly anticipated Lexington Spring Premiere and the Lexington Spring Encore.


The prize list is online, and the Lexington Spring Premiere and Lexington Spring Encore schedules are available.


Make sure to reserve your stalls and contact the Stable office at 540-464-2966 to order your bedding. New this year, exhibitors can pre-order feed for delivery at the shows. 


Exhibitors may pre-order their feed up until April 12. All feed requests will be billed to your stall and bedding accounts. Please place your orders in time to ensure delivery. Click here to order your feed.

Your credit card associated with your bedding order will be charged. Please include any questions in the Additional Requests box or text Keedie at 540.294.5750.


The shows are recognized by the NCHJA, VHSA, MHSA and SWVHJA and includes qualifying classes for the Virginia Hunter Championships presented by Markel, and the Amy Y. Reistrup Equitation Challenge.


Enjoy complimentary breakfasts each show day on the Winners Circle Restaurant porch and don't miss the "cookie man" every afternoon for a ringside or barn snack! There will be a dinner for everyone at the show served ringside, during the $25,000 Grand Prix each Saturday night.

TRIPLE CROWN DERBY DAY FRIDAYS!

Join us for Triple Crown Derby Days in the Sandy Gerald Ring on Fridays during the Virginia Lexington Spring Premiere and the Lexington Encore!


Triple Crown will be sponsoring a ringside breakfast during the Lexington Spring Encore alongside the Sandy Gerald Ring.


Derby heights range from 2’3”-2’6” and 2’9”-3’, and each class offers $1,000 in prize money. The $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby, presented by the Heisley Family Foundation, will kick off the Triple Crown Derby Day each Friday morning.


The $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby, presented by the Heisley Family Foundation, will also award the EMO Leading Amateur Rider and the Hollins University Leading Junior Rider Award.

MUSICAL FREESTYLE EQUITATION CHALLENGE

Rocking out in the Anderson Coliseum!

Join us for the popular Musical Freestyle Equitation Challenge in the Anderson Coliseum on Friday night during the Lexington Spring Premiere


Open to all Amateur and Junior riders. This is a freestyle take your own line competition set to music. Each rider will have 2.5 minutes (running over 2.5 mins will be penalized) to show off your best equitation skills to the music of your choice (clean versions only in MP3 format and must be turned in along with bio by Thursday 5:00 PM) Please send all music to [email protected].


The winning trainer will receive $1,000, the second-place trainer will receive $750, and the third-place trainer will receive $250.

HEADS UP JUMPERS

Both the Lexington Spring Premiere and Encore will offer $10,000 Welcome Classes and $25,000 Grand Prix.


Paul Jewell of New Hope, Pennsylvania will be designing the jumper courses during the Lexington Spring Premiere. Jewell is well-known throughout the United States for his ability to tailor his courses to bring out the best in horse and rider.


Ken Krome of Westminster, Maryland, will be designing the jumper courses during the Lexington Spring Encore. Krome is a well-known course designer and has built courses throughout the United States, Canada and South America. He also created the show jumping tracks at the 2022 Maryland 5 Star CCI5*.
