Our art contest is open for submissions

Turn words into art with our annual Novel Expressions contest. Local teen and adult artists are invited to enter their work for a chance to win a cash prize!

The submission period runs through Tuesday, Sept. 30, and all artistic mediums are accepted. The contest is open to residents of Loudoun County and the nearby districts listed on the contest homepage.

A gala reception will be held Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Franklin Park Arts Center. New this year, the final round of judging will occur live at the event, with the top five entries in each age group on display. All are welcome to attend.

This contest is presented in collaboration with Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) and the Loudoun Youth Advisory Council.
