2021 Project Nest Winners Announced
Congratulations to Srujan Dadi (OMS-I) and Michael Clancy (Rowan PhD Candidate) for winning First Place in the 2021 Project Nest Case Competition for their idea "My Heart".
The CEO Club Attends Global Conference in Tampa
The CEO Club joined hundred of Collegiate Entrepreneurs in Tampa, FL, for the 38th Annual Global Conference & Pitch Competition. CEO members, partners, investors, and business advisors assembled to discuss strategy while planning post pandemic innovative growth strategies working towards "Becoming Agents of Change".
Dr. Santos Recognized for Online Teaching Excellence
Congratulations to Dr. Susana Santos, Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship, the recipient of this year's Excellence in Online Learning Award! Her nominator commented, "The consistent theme, beyond the great job she does with the course content, is that she created a sense of community and connection even in virtual asynchronous courses."

Meet Senior Entrepreneurship Major Kevin Baker
Kevin Baker, a Senior Entrepreneurship and Management double major, was interviewed about his internship with Ohio-based company The DiJulius Group. Kevin said his key takeaway from the internship is that everyone comes out of college with the same credentials, but what separates some individuals is their ability to build a relationship. Colleen Kendrick Hosts Podcast to Inspire "Mompreneurs"
Colleen Kendrick, a senior lecturer of Marketing and Business Information Systems within the Rohrer College of Business, was recently featured on Rowan Today for her podcast "The Mom Shuffle". New Publication for Dr. Lee Zane
Congratulations Dr. Lee Zane, Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship, for his newly published paper titled, The Connections between Founders' Social Network and Human Capital in Technology-Based New Ventures, in Entrepreneurship Research journal.
Halfday Tonics Featured on Food Business News
Kayvon Jahanbakhsh and Michael Lombardo, Halfday Tonic founders and Rowan alum, were featured in Food Business News this month. The article compared Halfday to "Snapple 2.0" and discussed how making the switch to Halfday can reduce sugar consumption by 80-90% while still getting that satisfaction of a classic ice tea and digestive health benefits.
