Vehicle Gate Painting Project

Dear Homeowners,

The Entry/Exit Gate Painting Project is set to begin on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 7:00 A.M. The tentative painting schedule (weather permitting) is noted below. During this time, we ask that you try to avoid the areas if at all possible, and if you can access your home through an alternative gate. Obviously, we understand there are areas where this is not possible. We will have traffic control in place during this time.

·   Weiskopf Gate & Signature Main Entrance Gate – Monday, March 3

·   Signature Exit Gate & Norman Main Entry Gate – Tuesday, March 4

·   Laurels Gate, Madison 8 Gate (Both off Madison) – Wednesday, March 5

·   Legends Gate & Airport/Tiburon Gate – Thursday, March 6

·   Troon Gate & Turnberry Gate – Friday, March 7

Annual Meeting Information

In the newsletter we sent out on Tuesday, we omitted the meeting time for the Annual Meeting. Please note the PGA WEST Master Association Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in the ballroom of the Private Clubhouse. We hope many of you can join us.
