Epic Reports - Tip

Do you struggle with a book of business report that doesn't duplicate policies? Try these date parameters:

Effective date:

Select relative date
From system date - check open
Through - uncheck
Set to days

Expiration date:

Select relative date
From - uncheck to select + 1 day
Through - check open

If your criteria options do not include the effective date, click the add button for additional criteria options to include it.

Download & Service Summary Rows

MU2 released in January added a new feature to service summary rows. There is a new link label that will read "expand all" or "collapse all". When expanded, the list will display rows that were replaced by download. This provides an easy way to review what an application looked like at any time. Simply double click on a specific row.

In the example below, #9 was entered by the CSR and R9.1 was the replacement.
