Have you started to consider moving to Epic Browser? Should you?

The answer is yes. Applied has announced that all future updates will only be made in the browser. They will support the desktop for now but I'm sure that will eventually sunset.

Timing to make the switch is totally agency dependent. Review the differences and see if they will affect your workflows.

Report Tips - Auditing Your Data

In my opinion, the most underutilized report is the Policy List Report. This includes me not using it enough! Did you know that from this one report, you are able to audit:

Account level servicing roles
Policy level servicing roles
Primary contact email address
Employee benefits data found in account detail
Policy level estimated & annualized premium and commission fields
Status codes
PR/BR commissions
Service summary rows
And more!
