HOSPITALITY & HOUSE-KEEPING | Parish Hall
a request, by Shea McNutt, Parish Administrator
|
Thanks so much keeping the parish hall a space that is welcoming to all ministries as well as the groups that rent our space.
As our sextons (Paul and Keisha) are very part time at 20 hours a week, it is helpful if the Sunday setup can be left in place (pictured) and for small groups to either make do with setups already in place, or set and up and take down their own additional tables from the table/chair room.
If you need a special setup for a larger group or major parish event, please fill out the facility set up form found at https://www.epiphany.org/publications-and-forms and get it back to me at least one week prior to use.
House-Keeping Notes
-
Safety Issue: Please keep the doors closed to the classrooms in the Parish Hall. They are very heavy and when left open, pull on the walls.
-
Creepy Crawlies: Whenever meeting in any room on the church campus, if food is involved, please remove the trash bag and put it in the dumpster in the parking lot. Our sextons do not come every single day and we want to deter the bugs.
-
Book your gathering: Please be sure to book your meeting or event through the parish office before announcing a date. Now that most groups have returned to in-person meetings, do not assume a space will be available without checking first.
